The client, along with methodologists, approached us with a request to develop a system that would allow tracking the mental stability of the personnel. The system was supposed to not only analyze and collect data on dashboards, but also prompt HR and managers what measures should be implemented in the working process in order to eliminate burnout and emotional overload of the company’s employees.

Visualizes the level of involvement in activities and shows the team's productivity, the impact of decisions and management activities on the team's condition
Displays risk factors, diagnoses stress, anxiety, depression based on weekly monitoring data
The system does not provide management with personal data on the psychological state of individual employees. HR and managers view generalized information in percentages for a group of employees
The system shows risks, “pains”, motivation, strength, how many people are experiencing psychological stress, and which department is on the edge of burnout
