Problem

One of the key issues was the lack of tools or significant limitations in conducting the analysis of industrial safety indicators. This resulted in the company being unable to promptly identify potential risks and opportunities related to industrial safety, which could negatively affect the project results.

Additionally, the process of planning and reporting in the area of fire safety was partially manual and labor-intensive, which resulted in additional costs of time and resources. It also increased the risk of errors and inaccuracies in reporting, which could lead to incorrect decisions and actions.

Another problem was the lack of transparent interaction with contractors in the field of industrial safety. The lack of clear and transparent communication led to misunderstandings and inconsistencies in actions, which could lead to non-compliance with industrial safety requirements and increased risks at facilities.

Solution

As a solution, we proposed a unified information system that implements the zero-injury strategy (Vision Zero).

The actions of contractors are monitored remotely, in real time, and at any number of sites.

Using the system, the Customer coordinates applicants and contractors, sets tasks, monitors their implementation, coordinates activities, schedules inspections and audits at facilities, monitors violations and monitors their elimination.

KPI of contractors and personnel are assessed and monitored.

Functionality

The created unified information system implements the zero-injury strategy Vision Zerro (ISSA international standard).
