The information system for the employee and vehicle access is designed to provide a unified digital space for all stakeholders directly involved in ensuring that work is carried out at the sites according to the principles of HSE (healthy and safe environment) safety and labor protection.

Allows to generate an application for admission in accordance with the customer’s requirements. To generate a list of documentation, a matrix is used based on the standards of the customer’s company. The ability to specify a type of documents (mandatory, additional), as well as their validity period (urgent, unlimited) was implemented.

Approval of an application for admission for an employee or vehicle

Allows to approve an application. A customizable role approval model has been implemented. Document approval goes through defined areas of responsibility of the approvers.

Formation of a ready pass

Allows to generate and export an access for an employee or a vehicle. The access form meets the requirements of the custoper’s company.
