On June 21, the IT breakfast “Maturity of the IT Industry: from Internal Victories to International Technological Cooperation” was held at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2025. The event was attended by the heads of Russia’s largest IT companies and government officials. The organizers are the Ministry of Finance of Russia, the RUSSOFT Association, ANO Digital Economy, RAEC and the Association for the Export of Technological Sovereignty.
Key topics include the export of technological solutions, technological sovereignty, the maturity of the Russian IT industry, and international cooperation. Representatives of the Simpl Group also participated in the business breakfast.
The IT breakfast was divided into six thematic blocks, where business representatives voiced their proposals to the government. Special attention at the IT breakfast was paid to the topic of exports and proposals on how to simplify the entry of Russian IT solutions into international markets. In addition, the heads of companies discussed the possibilities of artificial intelligence and the economic impact of its implementation in the company’s processes.
