At the Yamal Oil and Gas Forum, Simpl Group specialists presented the Simpl.Generation digital module, designed to improve the efficiency and reliability of managing enterprises’ own energy infrastructure.
The main theme of this year’s forum was the technological modernization of fuel and energy facilities, including the protection of critical infrastructure and the implementation of digital solutions. Particular attention was paid to the sustainability of energy systems in the Far North, where any power outages can have serious consequences.
The Simpl.Generation module was developed in response to this challenge. The solution processes data from local control systems and external sources in real time, generating recommendations for operators on the selection of the optimal, safe, and cost-effective operating mode for generating units. The system automates routine tasks for dispatchers and helps them focus on strategic management.
During the forum, Alexey Ignatyev, Simpl Group’s energy project manager, demonstrated how the module works on a production environment simulator. Participants saw how the digital tool responds to changes in input parameters and external events, helping to make accurate management decisions.
“After the system was implemented in the oil company’s digital ecosystem, dispatchers no longer need to use tabular mode cards, manually collect data, or consult specialists from related departments. All of this is done automatically, quickly, and transparently,” noted experts from Simpl Group.
