Area of Responsibility:
- Analyzing user requests;
- Providing consultations;
- Transfer of requests to the specialists of the 3rd line;
- Testing of implemented improvements;
- Informing users about planned technical works.
Our expectations:
- At least a high school diploma or higher education;
- Experience working with Information Systems as an advanced user/technical support specialist;
- Experience of interaction with related specialists (developers, analysts, testers, users);
- Experience working in tech support (chats, calls, receiving requests);
- Multitasking skills, quick and independent decision-making in non-standard situations.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in drafting technical documentation;
- Experience working with service desk (system of automation of technical support work with client requests);
- Experience with BI systems;
- Knowledge of Prognoz Platform.
