We invite Service Manager to join our team!
Area of Responsibility:
- Management of technical support team;
- Preparation of system reports on requests and labor costs according to the regulations;
- Control over implementation of change requests according to the schedule, compliance with SLA on work with requests;
- Preparation of response letters to customer requests, organization of evaluation and preparation of documents on implementation of change requests;
- Taking measures to improve the quality of technical operation and maintenance of the customer’s systems;
- Representing the company’s interests at meetings with the customer.
Our expectations:
- At least a high school education;
- Experience in technical support;
- Communication skills, trainability, analytical mind;
- Negotiation skills and experience in handling objections;
- Knowledge of ITIL will be a plus.
